I hope that one of you guys can help me to avoid a very messy situation ?
I am on PAYG, lots of credit on my account and Add-ons already bought and in the queue until mid-November. My 'phone is used daily for texts, calls and internet access.
I received a text from Three at 14.56 today saying that my account is dormant and if not used in the next week, it will be closed. I then had a conversation via chat on the app with Shifa. She confirmed that she could see that my account is active and said that there was no record on my account of the text being sent.
My first thought was that the text was a scam. However, it did not ask me to log-in or give any personal details and the only link therein was to Three's T&Cs. Hence, I wondered if this was a Three system error. But, if so, what is to stop a further Three system error zapping my account next Monday ?
I really cannot afford to be without my 'phone. Hence, I would appreciate it if someone could contact me please with a view to checking my account and ensuring that nothing untoward happens.
