I’ve had no end of issues since the new update and the case of moving to this app from the pay as you go app, and numerous things over the past year due to issues with having my data not working and auto renew not working (same issue as this time). As I topped up over a week ago and set up auto renew it did not work yet again, so when it expired today I was under the impression everything was good to go, But I had eaten up all of my cash credit and I had to add another 20£ due to the fact the auto renew did not work. As I have now purchased a data pack I have noticed what is left of my cash credit is still being used which I’m not sure why. Is anyone else having this issue?
