I just want to TALK to someone in Customer Services who can help! No email available though. Can't get through on phone and LiveChat people are hopeless.

I have had a security breach on my phone and a recent call that I did not make has wracked up a cost of £76.

My account says I am owing £21 million.

I can't make ANY calls, I can't top up data or allowances.

Last week I purchased broadbrand but I now want to cancel ASAP.

Absolutely hopeless and I am going to take up with Ombudsman and also my network in the media.
