Has anyone else had a problem with trading their phone in through three trade in? I was told I would have £314 payed into my bank account on the 12th November, however I still haven't received it! I have contacted both Three and Ingram and neither companies are taking responsibility for it both blaming each other. Starting to think I won't get my money, Ingram take days to answer emails and don't answer the phone and three just send you over the Ingram.
