5G hub password

I received a new 5G Hub the wifi password was obliterated by hand held pen so I could not set it up, I contacted the teams they said it had to be exchanged, the replacement arrived and amazingly same thing password obliterated !! I contact the team again they say their only cause of action is to exchange it again !! What is happening ??

Hi @sailor14,

I've queried this further and due to some regulatory changes, the format of the Wi-Fi passwords has been changed. Apologies for any confusion, but any affected devices should have came with a leaflet explaining this.

If you've still got the new device can you check if you can get connected using the password listed after "Admin/"

Thanks for following this up, I have now been able to set up the system using the password you highlighted and it is working, I have also been able to log in to the admin after some experimentation with setting new passwords, however the system will not accept any variations on passwords compliant with the rules to be able to change the log in password. Three chat when consulted could only suggest waiting for a while and trying again ?? Overall I have the impression this product is not yet ready for use.
