Hello
can someone please help
i want to access my home broadband account tp pay the bill and set up a DD but i can only get my mobile account information up even if i put in the sim number for the broadband

I had same issue, take sim out of router and put it in your mobile phone, you can then phone another mobile and the number will show.
You can then log into your account. Once you do log in you can view text messages in the web page as there is a messages icon in top right hand corner of screen.
I cannot recall if I had to swap sim a couple of times on setting up to get first text message on my phone to finish set up, you should be able to set up using this method. Good luck.

Instead of putting the SIM number for your Broadband, try inputting the 'phone number linked to the Broadband SIM.
