Hi everyone,
I seem to have the same problem reported by several other people here. I gave notice last week to cancel my plan with Three but still waiting for the DPD returns label to arrive via e-mail, so I could post back the 5G Hub.
I waited the full 24 working hours (3 working days) as advised, but the label didn't arrive. So I contacted customer service a second time and explained the issue. They arranged for a new DPD label to be sent to me and assured me I would receive it within 24 hours this time.
I made sure to whitelist the DPD address it'd be sent from and kept checking my spam/junk and deleted folders anyway. Two days later, I still haven't received anything.
Could I have some help please?
