Broadband cancellation is impossibile!!

I have been trying to cancel my broadband since October…. After speaking to customer services 6 times over 6 weeks I finally managed to get a DPD label ( they were making up all sort of excuses for why this took 6 weeks). I finally managed to send back the device which I haven’t been using since October and they have now had it for over a month. The disconcerting thing is a keep getting bills, messages threatening my credit rating as well as many phone calls to pay for bills for a device I have not used and have been trying to cancel for 3 months. In last interaction with customer service they said it was being processed and they can’t do anything. I am exhausted of having to constantly contact and getting also harassed to pay bills. What needs to be done to get an account finally closed !!!? Please help!

We have been experiencing the exact same issues. The deeper you dig, the more you see how many people are suffering the same treatment. Thanks all for the suggestions above.

They make it so hard to find it so I like to dish it out on here to people who are experiencing very poor service.

Or you could go to the Three website and raise a complaint which they have to respond to within a set period of time. If that isn’t satisfactory then report them to Ofcom. Two paths (along with sc1999) for you to consider.
