Can I separate the 2.4ghz and 5ghz networks on Three 5G Hub MC888

Hi there I’m needing my hub to utilise 5GHz however it is only showing as 2.4GHz.

when I found a similar issue it said go on the app and adjust the settings there however there is no such section on the app

The hubs normally broadcast on both frequencies. I'm not sure why it wouldn't be broadcasting on 5Ghz unless it was disabled. 

To double check, it might be worth trying a Network Analyser. There's a useful one for Android and iOS that will allow you to scan the bands in your area. Once you download that, you can head to the Wifi Signal Tab, then tab the Icon that shows two wireless signs facing each other to switch between the different bands. You should be able to see the 5Ghz networks, and determine if your hub is broadcasting one.

If it isn't, I'd recommend doing a factory reset of the hub in order to restore default settings, which include 2.4ghz and 5Ghz being active at the same time.
