Can't sign up to my3??

Hi, Ive tried it on desktop and mobile and it says "connect your broadband"?

 

My computer is using an ethernet and my phone is connected over WiFi. I've tried the SIM in my phone as well?

 

It's always the same error. I just want to change settings but can't do it BC of this loop

Hey, RahaanNope.

Oh, that's a message I'm not familiar with. Since you're connected to the broadband, either wirelessly or by wired connection, it should allow you to set up a My3 account on the website by following the steps after hitting register. Which stage are you getting to, and where is it throwing up this message? 

Can you also confirm which settings you're looking to change?

Hi, At what stage in the My3 registering process are you getting the "connect your broadband" message assuming you are connected to the internet without problems?
