I have one of the 5G Hub of yours and have been using well for a month ( with 2XXMB/s Download and 5XMB/s Upload).
All a sudden after my second bill date, it drastically dropped to 5XMB/s Download and 8MB/s Upload with occasional disconnection time to time. the Cellular Signal Light is always RED no matter where I put it at my home.
And it really disturbed the work from home setting, it had been all good for the first month but don't know what happen now.

This happened to me - do you have the Zyxel router? It is 1000000% faulty.
Would recommend going to your local 3 store and asking them to test the router and provide you with a new sim. If you try the new sim instore and the cellular signal light remains red, then you know the router is faulty.
Next step is to call 3 and ask for a new router. Chances are they'll say no and you'll have to push to get it replaced. I got my replacement after spending over 10 hours talking to various people, and eventually escalating it to 3's leadership. Lo and behold, the replacement router (like for like) worked perfectly.
Good luck in advance - 3 is a nightmare.

Check out the Network Status Checker, as this will shed light on any work going on in the area or reported issues 3 are aware of.

Check.......... Is the answer that everyone gives. Please have some respect, people are not dumb....people come to the community for answers AFTER exhausting all the obvious options.
