Confusion at its worst!

I'm getting really tired contacting Three about the same complaint. Being told one thing by one phone assistant and another by another assistant and being told differently by online chat to another online chat!  I have been waiting since May 12th for a returns label, talking to 7 different people now. Being told it's 5 days waiting for a postal returns and up to 16 hours for an email label to be sent.  I've waited for each of these after 7 different chats, hence why I'm still having to call Three and complain. I was finally (I thought) called by a complaints manager in June and he told me he had closed my account with no impending bills and to keep the home broadband device until I could use it or indeed to give it away to someone and let them use the device by either calling Three for a sim card or any other service provider to get online without a landline.  Thank God I didn't give it away because I've received an email this morning telling me that it's been over 14 days since I've requested a returns label and you still haven't received it back!!!  Are you kidding me?  Are you trying to make people feel like they're going crazy?  Like I said in my last complaint that reopened the complaint that the complaints manager said he closed, as far as I'm concerned, you can take this further and take me to court. Why?  Because I have screenshots of my conversations and emails confirming my chats with you and it's all in my favour.  I'm not lying here about the conversations I've had and I'm certainly not going to stand in court and lie under oath.  I now have a bill for a device I've never used and an email demanding the device back or else you will revert to the original contract and yet your assistant Vishwaganbha has said today that there's a delay in postal returns and that my case is still open to send me one.  How can I adhere to the email to send it back and not incur the original contract and yet still be waiting two months later for a jiffy bag?  All this after being told it's closed. I owe nothing. Keep the device for future use or give it away if I prefer?  When my phone contract is over, I'm leaving Three. My confidence in you is now ZERO on all questions.  How disappointing.
