When I purchased the 5G broadband, I wasn’t informed that there would be content restrictions. I don’t have a credit card so I called three up to get them removed. They did and Experian check for me and told me that it would be removed in 24h.
48h later, it wasn’t removed so I called again. They said there was no record of it so did it again and told me it would be done in 2-3 hours. 24h later and it still hasn’t been lifted.
Why isn’t this being fixed and why are we not told about this before we sign the contract?! I do artwork, I need to access specific sites that your restrictions are blocking.
Please fix this. - Anybody else had this trouble?

I also Have adult content blocked still. Even after online chat and then phoning days later to some out of the Uk place to have it removed and I too have content blocked. Makes you wonder if this is the new world of censorship.

Hi @BobbityBoo,
Welcome to the Three Community.
I'm sorry to hear that the filters are causing you so much disruption. We can't access your Three account from the Community, so I won't be able to give advice on what might have went wrong on these recent calls. I'll do my best to help though.
Just in case the account isn't syncing up with the recent change to remove the adult filter, did you reboot your router after these calls to customer services?
Do you have access to a Three store anywhere nearby? They can also remove the adult filter if you pop into store with photo ID.
Also, here's some advice from our website about the filters. Please disregard the initial information if you're using a Three Broadband device but you may find the "Sites being wrongly filtered?" section below this helpful if you think sites are being blocked incorrectly.
Hope this helps, let me know if you're still not finding a resolution through anything I've suggested. If so, can you also share the message displayed, or a screenshot of what errors you're seeing when you try to browse a filtered site please?
Thanks,
JonathanB

Also had trouble with Three censoring art sites I upload my work to. Like you, I don't have a credit card, only a debit card, and so was forced to use a VPN to continue doing what I love. I also couldn't go the ID and store route because I don't have a passport or driver's license.
When i first started using Three my internet wasn't censored at all, but then suddenly mature sites couldn't be accessed. I didn't care about it until more and more random sites started to be censored, sites that weren't pornographic or anything like that. Now art sites are censored. It's a mess.
I hope you get the silly filter lifted soon.
