Haven't received returns bag for 5G router

My contract is coming to an end in mid-november, so I called and cancelled it in mi-october. The cancellation was accepted, but 14 days later I have not received a returns bag, just an email asking me to return my router. Is there not a simple way to request one through the website or app?
