Is anyone else occasionally getting a 'connection down' error from Chrome (or 'Secure Connection Failed' from Firefox) when changing page - if I hit refresh it works fine. At first I wondered if it was the site I was using but have noticed it on multiple different major websites over the past couple of months and not noticed it from other locations where I don't use Three Broadband so does seem to be related to the router/connection (this is via wired Ethernet too, so not a WiFi problem). I've tried changing DNS server in case that helps but no difference.
It mainly seems to happen when trying to first load a site or (annoyingly) at checkout when a different site is being loaded as part of the checkout process. It certainly doesn't happen everytime but does happen with reasonable frequency. I've also noticed I often get it when trying to pull/push from/to Github too and have to do so a number of times for it to work (browsing the Github website works fine).
Monday
Coming up to the end of my 2 year contract so just put in my 30 days notice to cancel. Somehow I managed to resist Three's offer to lock in for a further 24 months...
I intend to buy my own router (returning the Three one as is required) and try other 5G options since cable options for me are poor.
Monday
An earlier check in because I decided to do a quick test
DuckDuckGo caused the issue this time then https://docs.pi-hole.net/
The first error took about 2 minutes - The second took 5 seconds after that...
How have things been for you all?

For the sites I frequent, including Github, things have been fine. But I also use Chrome so I may not notice a slightly longer delay as the page loads.

A check-in with no changes
Using my list of problem sites and starting backwards, Pavlovia and Background Noises • Ambient Sounds • Relaxing Music | myNoise ® both gave the error the first time I loaded both websites
How long did it take to encounter the issue? Less than 10 seconds
Needless to say, this is still a problem
I remember that there was supposed to be regular check-ins with updates from Three - It seems that there must be another issue there...

Still the same crap. Is anyone actually bothering to try to fix this, or are three just hoping it will go away by doing absolutely nothing?
Hint: that isn't working, guys. Well over a year now. Madness.

OP of the thread here! - still experiencing the same issues but FTTP now an option where I live so I'm leaving to move to that instead. Although the VPN workaround does the trick for my PC I find it a pain having to activate it on other devices and just want a nice stable connection that works!

Likewise. The FTTP installers are here as we speak. I'll be glad to get away from this unholy mess. The last straw came when I tried to install a Blink doorbell and it would barely work due to the number of errors connecting to their servers.

An extra for this week:
Disabling band N78 to enforce the 4G mode does not eliminate the issues - It just becomes rarer to encounter
I will continue testing things as usual

A check-in after a fairly busy week
I have not seen any changes - In fact before sending this message, I started going through the list of problem sites in reverse order and hit the issue with the second site (That would be Overview of Pi-hole - Pi-hole documentation)
Maybe things are worse now? I still use Cloudflare's WARP therefore I would imagine that VPN and WARP (Or equivalent) users have been shielded from this
