My 5g broadband speeds have reduced by 100x

I live in Banbury and work from home.

When I purchased the 5g router, I regularly got speeds of 150mbps download and ~40mbps upload.
For the last 2 weeks my speeds have been ~1.5mbps down and ~15mbps up.

This is making work almost impossible and I need to know when the issue willbe resolved.

Which Router do you have. You can check this on the label on the bottom or back, mines a NR5103E

HI, first thing to do is go to the network status checker Network Status Checker - check your signal and get support | Three and see if you have a problem. You can then call 333 or 0333 338 1001 talk to customer services who may, or probably not, be able to help.
