Since Friday lunch time 17th May our internet speed has dropped to around 1MB. We normally get around 250-300MB download speed. This is shocking and nobody seems to say there is a problem in the area. Same with the mobile signal and speed on our iPhone when on the internet.

I’m guessing you’ve checked the Three status page for any known issues. All I can do is suggest you call tech support on 333 option 4 option 3 and option 3 again. Before you get put through to an advisor your number will be auto checked by the system and any issues will be flagged up.
