Good evening all!
I’ve had a three 5G home hub for the last 12 months and it’s been fantastic. All of a sudden out of the blue my PlayStation 5 won’t connect to the hub? All other devices are working fine as usual just the PlayStation 5 not being able to connect. I’ve tried connecting through Ethernet but no joy? Please can someone assist me and my family? Thank you!

We've seen a few device connection issues popping up lately. Can you try the fix described in FYI : IPv6 Prevented VPN Connection of changing to a manual APN profile with IPv4 only? @NG gives a good explanation of how to do this in the replies.
