I had cancelled my mobile broadband contract on 27/11/2023 and since then I have raised the request for returns bag 4 times and still haven't received anything.
I keep requesting and every time I am promised that I will receive the bag in 5 working days but end up getting nothing.
I am nearing the day I need to return the devise and I am unable to do anything about it.
Is this a way of scamming the customer into saying the hefty fine?

They can somehow correctly send the bills to correct address but not the returns bag even after requesting one a hundred times

A very common complaint; "3" seem not to care about fixing this.

No scam, just very poor customer service.
