Hello, I have a Sercomm LTE2122GR and my services have been restricted. I’m looking to see if anyone can help me out with how I make a payment online as the customer service team are closed at the moment. I can’t seem to find the phone number for it and the website doesn’t seem to be recognising my IMEI number. Thanks

You should be able to make a payment via the My Three app,online or by calling 333. You need your account number (not the equipment IMEI) in order to pay.
