I recently upgraded from 4g to 5g hub and ever since I plugged it in it has a red network light. Can anyone tell me what this means. Is it broken? As you can probably tell I'm not that tech savvy.

Sorry to hear you're having issues connecting your new 5G hub. To get to the bottom of the issue, we'll do some troubleshooting:
Have you tried plugging the hub into different areas of your home to see if this affects the signal/light?
Do you also have a Three mobile SIM with us? If so, if you can try swapping the broadband and mobile SIM between the two devices then we'll be able to determine if this a router fault or not.
