This is just completely unacceptable. I wish I could get rid of the broadband altogether. It's just not fit for purpose.

I'm really sorry to hear about this, I can see you've posted about slow speeds in the past. Are these the typical speeds you're seeing all the time? Have you been in touch with our customer services teams to discuss your options? If so, what was the result?
