Why do I have to register to login

I get the message;

we’ve been updating our systems. 
my 3 is now better the ever, but you must re- register to access your account”??

Hey @SM1 

That's correct, with the new app for My3 you need to re-register, however, you can do this with the same email address that you originally had set up with. 

If you've got any problems getting through this, you can reach out to the team who can assist with getting this updated for you.

You have to re-register, if it works, because whoever organised the update was not able to work out how to maintain people's login data.
