We're only 20mins from 24hrs now and absolutely no resolution. It's been causing so many problems today. We've had 2x chat bot conversations, and 2x separate customer service calls to absolutely no avail. We just want updates and obviously some sort of solution. This "service" is absolutely not good enough.

Mine stopped working in newton abbot for couple hours last night, came back on again, then this morning nothing again, says connected but no internet.

Same connected no internet. The 30 day trial not looking good after a couple of days. Seriously service status is very vague about something going on and will be fixed soon. That's not a good enough response when we rely on internet. Fed up.
