I got my router two weeks ago. For about ten days it has worked perfectly. Very fast connection.
But the last few days it has lost the Internet connection which is fixed with a reboot. It's done this about three times. I can't have that happening so will be returning the router before my one month return period is up unless it can be fixed. It will be a shame as I get about 10x faster downloads.
When this happens, my phone connects to 5g on the same network without issue. So it's not the 5g signal. It's the router.
Any ideas? I could do a reset but it's only been running for two weeks so seems early for that.
Thanks

We're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing.
We hope to have things fixed as soon as possible and will add any updates here.
Odd that my SMARTY phone is working

I have exactly the same problem for over 5 months now and every time I call them, they say they have engineers working on it on your area. What I don’t understand is that why it has taken so long for this engineers and why everything is still the same??
one moment we have a internet and the other moment none.
I asked them to fix it asap or cancel the contract as they can’t provide a stable internet but they say if I cancel I have to still pay for it all.

Moved it near the window in the hope that it would help. I got a slightly better signal. Thought I'd move it to the other end of the window and use another power socket.
NOW IT'S NOT WORKING AT ALL!
I've moved it back. Rebooted 5 times. Just a red light for Internet and no signal. Logging on to the router shows there's a SIM still in there but no signal. Mobile phone working fine on Three network.
Reset did not help
