Zyxel nr5103 - issue with 2.4ghz connection

Hello everyone.
My ZyXel nr5103 router from Three has been experiencing issues with 2.4ghz devices, my blink cameras and my roborock robot stopped working a few days ago.
I tried enabling separate 5ghz and 2.4ghz channels instead of a single one, restarted all devices and tried to reconfigure all devices with the new 2.4ghz wifi network, but none of the devices seem to connect to it.
I then made a full reset of the ZyXel router, but I'm still facing the same issue even after a reset.

So far customer service suggested to wait until today (28/9) as it seems network upgrades are planned, but even after waiting I'm still facing the same issues.

The router is running the latest b14 firmware (v 1.00 ACBJ.0b14)

Has anyone experience this? Any ideas what can be done?

Hi seem to be having exactly the same issue as you, i have split the channels and connected to 2.4Ghz, the sync hub connects but no devices.

Hi @kamalmas,

I think the APN changes suggested in this thread may help if you're finding devices are unable to connect: FYI : IPv6 Prevented VPN Connection

Quite a few community members have mentioned that setting their APN to IPv4 only helps when devices have been unable to connect.
