Problems setting up mobile date pairing plan

Hi I’ve just purchased a Apple Watch series 8 all is ok apart from when I’m setting up my mobile date pairing plan - I’ve put my email and password in my3 page when prompted by the watch app and it say all looks good just setting the plan up the I get a systems error page - saying systems error there’s a problem 

both my iPhone and watch have the latest software 

please can someone help as I’m beyond this so frustrating

Same here iPhone 15 Apple Watch series 9 the are paired together but when trying to activate the cellular on watch I get white screen saying There’s a problem

Hi, 
After 2 days of trying, I got it to work. 
Issue: "THERE IS A PROBLEM"
"one of the fields is missing"

Solutions:

  1. "Watch" > "General" > "Software Update"
  2. Charge your Apple Watch while trying to pair on your iPhone. Also, try without charging and leaving it to charge for a bit.
  3. Change password to only letters and numbers.
  4. "Settings" > "Safari" > "Clear History and Website Data".
  5. Try throughout the day, but night seems to work more often from anecdotes. (10pm, midnight, 1am, etc.)
