iOS 18.2 - WiFi calling not working anymore

Since updating to iOS 18.2 I’ve been unable to use WiFi calling on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I’m When it is enabled I cannot make or received calls. My cell quality is noticeably poorer when I have this option disabled. Can anyone help with this? I’ve even tried using the Beta 18.3 and it hasn’t fixed the issue.

Welcome to the Three Community page. 

Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, services have almost returned to normal overnight. Our monitoring has picked up an issue with calls connected via WiFI which we are investigating urgently. 

Today, we also expect to see an additional impact on our service due to Storm Éowyn in some areas. We have already deployed extra engineering resources and planning for these areas, so we can bring sites that are impacted back online as soon as it is safe to do so. A normal volume of 999 calls were connected yesterday and our monitoring confirms the service is working fully this morning.  

We continue to investigate the small number of reports that we received about 999 call failures. We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused by the issues on our voice network.

I’m trying to make calls while connected to my sky wifi at home and it’s not ringing on my end and I’m not able to receive any calls from any one either

Are you having the same issue when you are not connected to the Wifi?

No I can make and receive calls when not connected to WIFI

It sounds like the issue might be with Wifi calling. If you turn off Wifi calling on your phone settings, I have a feeling you will be able to make and receive calls again while connected to Wifi.

I have tryied turning it off and it’s the same 

iv done a factor reset of my full phone iv also done network reset of my full phone and still same issue I have turned airplane mode on and off and then tryied turning WiFi calling off and then back on restarted my phone and still the same 

iv also had bb engineer out for my WiFi and it’s still the same
