I am near the end of my contract. The broadband was excellent for the first 20 months but for the past 3 weeks it is terrible, it intermittently drops off and the data speed is terrible. Sometimes it does not work for hours. Three sent me a ew Hub but it is still happening. It seems like its an issue with the network. I do not not know where to turn to for help?
