During the last few weeks I’ve been unable to get a signal in a particular area of the town that I live in. One example postcode that is affected is IP4 4EL.
Up until a few weeks ago there was a good signal in this area but now there is none. The phone shows 4 bars of signal but it is not possible to access the internet despite this. The coverage checker shows that there should be good coverage in this area.
Has a fault in this location been reported previously? Is there a timeline for a fix?
