I have inserted the new pay-as-you-go SIM card of Three into my mobilephone, and on the website it said the card will be activated automatically, as well as internet will be connected. But when I saw the signal bar and the sign of 5G, I tried to surf on the internet, but it was still no signals. Eigher I have not receive the text message to let me to restart my phone.

Hello there, Eqnx.
Welcome to the Three Community.
Yeah, the SIM should activate on its own when inserted into the phone. If your phone has a 5G icon and signal, you should be connected. You would receive a text right away with the phone number for the SIM. Something might not be right if you haven't received that.
Has the text come through since you left your message here? Or has the internet started working?
Pete.

Hi @Eqnx,
That's really odd. If you still haven't received service and/or the text, I'd recommend rebooting your phone, and also possibly toggling airplane/flight mode on then back off. If it's still not working, please test the SIM in another phone if you have one available. This should help determine if the SIM is faulty/damaged.
Thanks,
Jonathan
