Calling issue 23/01/2025 [UPDATED]

Hi everyone,

UPDATE: Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, services have almost returned to normal overnight. Our monitoring has picked up an issue with calls connected via WiFI which we are investigating urgently.

Today, we also expect to see an additional impact on our service due to Storm Éowyn in some areas. We have already deployed extra engineering resources and planning for these areas, so we can bring sites that are impacted back online as soon as it is safe to do so.

A normal volume of 999 calls were connected yesterday and our monitoring confirms the service is working fully this morning.  We continue to investigate the small number of reports that we received about 999 call failures. We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused by the issues on our voice network. 

Due to these issues, our phone and chat lines are and will continue to be incredibly busy, so we're aware there may also be issues getting through to the teams at the moment. Please bear with us as we work through this.

I have this issue too, it's random although seems to be getting worse. I think I'll have to switch provider as it's unacceptable.

Same here, I have had my phone number for almost 5 years but I stopped being able to make or receive calls. My card STILL WORKS in my friend's phone but not in mine and I know for a fact that it's on Three's end but they just can't be fkin bothered. I brought home a new card from another company and guess what? I can make and receive calls without any issues.
How can you manage to screw the only thing up that your company does is beyond me.

My phone has just started not being able to receive and make calls suddenly today. Not Good. Good thing I'm out of contract!

I got the same problem. Only mobile data works. I can't make or receive calls but receive messages

Same things happening to me at the moment, not quite sure why none of us can make or receive calls. Surely a problem their end as usual

Yes me too just went to ask my daughter if she could call out. She cant either. Not great when my younger daughter is about to leave school and walk home.
