Hi everyone,
UPDATE: Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, services have almost returned to normal overnight. Our monitoring has picked up an issue with calls connected via WiFI which we are investigating urgently.
Today, we also expect to see an additional impact on our service due to Storm Éowyn in some areas. We have already deployed extra engineering resources and planning for these areas, so we can bring sites that are impacted back online as soon as it is safe to do so.
A normal volume of 999 calls were connected yesterday and our monitoring confirms the service is working fully this morning. We continue to investigate the small number of reports that we received about 999 call failures. We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused by the issues on our voice network.
Due to these issues, our phone and chat lines are and will continue to be incredibly busy, so we're aware there may also be issues getting through to the teams at the moment. Please bear with us as we work through this.

Haven’t been able to make or receive calls for hours what is wrong does anyone know can’t speak to 3 either

I can not make or receive call since this morning. I couldn’t reach the Three

I can’t either! Have tried updating the phone, turning it off and on again and removing the sim then putting it back in. All the things suggested on google. No luck. Will call 3 again tomorrow!

I still can’t make or receive calls ! I still haven’t received a text or email from 3 about this . I can’t contact my mum in Northern Ireland. Who is also on 3 network! Absolutely appalling service. I’ve been on 3 chat waiting to get to talk to no one !!

Hi I can't seem to make calls it says it's calling but not ring then ends the call...... signal and data fine just calling is an issue ...... has any1 else got this issue.... I've tried clearing cache and updating my phone turning airplane on and off resetting the network providers part change to force stop calls to get it to refresh and restarted my phone...... what else can I do...... I've checked 3 to see if any shortage or an issue with cover but says no reported issues xxxx

Even I have the issue in E12, London past few hours as Whatsapp calls and data is fine

Same can’t make or receive any call since 13.00pm today. The amount of business calls I have missed is unbelievably upsetting.
