Hi everyone,
UPDATE: Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, services have almost returned to normal overnight. Our monitoring has picked up an issue with calls connected via WiFI which we are investigating urgently.
Today, we also expect to see an additional impact on our service due to Storm Éowyn in some areas. We have already deployed extra engineering resources and planning for these areas, so we can bring sites that are impacted back online as soon as it is safe to do so.
A normal volume of 999 calls were connected yesterday and our monitoring confirms the service is working fully this morning. We continue to investigate the small number of reports that we received about 999 call failures. We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused by the issues on our voice network.
Due to these issues, our phone and chat lines are and will continue to be incredibly busy, so we're aware there may also be issues getting through to the teams at the moment. Please bear with us as we work through this.

I've got the same issue, no ringtone, phone just does nothing, however sometimes the recipient gets a missed call after I hang up. Extremely frustrating and happened at work when I couldn't call my CEO as requested - not a good move! Come on 3, I guess no-one's calling to complain because... we can't make calls!!

I am having exactly the same issues and I have three phones one for myself and both sons it's very annoying !!!

Also having the same issue and it is not the first time it happens. You loose a lot of important calls because of this: Job interviews, house viewings, doctors appointments and others.
First time it happened I let it slide but now I definitely changing providers.

I have just spent the last two hours fiddling with network and SIM settings before I found this post. So it isn't my phone or settings.. It's a Three issue?! Good of them to let us know!

What’s going on three ???? I missed a job interview call .My phone hasn’t been working no calls only internet works from Birmingham. This has ruined my whole day 😡
Before calling again for new deals to offer first fix the network line . It’s always happening if it’s not the network it’s the internet.
