I am unable to make or recieve normal mobile calls. Nothing happens when I dial any number from voicemail to another person, nothing is working. I can see that I have 4G connection but it does not mean anything. I have switched my phone on and off, gone out of the House and removed my sim card and put it in multiple times. I went to the three shop and I was told to CALL three. This is the worst type of service that I have ever experienced. I have been with three for many years but will be moving providers now as they are completely useless

I still have the sane issue. Network drops all the time, restarting networks setting or tirning off and on etc works eventually (15 plus attempts) but when I want to make next call I have to go through the same circusโฆ I am thinking of leaving as this is not a viable situation. Customer service is not hugely helpful either.

Hi everyone,
Apologies we missed the replies on this topic yesterday, this topic is quite an old one, and unrelated to yesterday's issues. Our topic in relation to yesterday is found here: Calling issues 25/06/2025
Following an issue with our voice and text services yesterday, service has now been restored for the majority of our customers. If anyone is still having issues, they should restart their device which should reconnect them to our network. We apologise sincerely for the issues yesterday.

I canโt make or receive calls from today on my 3 contract and when I called in my local shop today, they said they are aware of a problem which they are working on to fix it ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Same issue with me too. Cannot make or receive calls. It is infuriating. Are we going to be compensated for this?

I hope so. Last time three gave me some measly compensation. The service has gone down again today -_-

Absolutely ridiculous. I tried making multiple calls due to various emergencies but it failed. I cannot make or recieve calls.
Disgusted at the service. I need to move to a different provider to avoid been unable to reach anyone in an emergency. I have filled a complaint for Three to release me out of this stupid contract!!

This is the case for both my brother and myself, and with a red weather alert coming to Northern Ireland tomorrow and no explanation from 3 we have no idea why! It isnโt good enough!
