Data problem

Hi, I am on a PAYG sim plan for £10 a month with unlimited calls and texts and 10gb of data, it pays out on the 22nd of every month but for some reason it is telling me I have no more allowances and that it all expired on the 20th of August, I don't see how this makes any sense, I have even used up all of my data @JonathanB
