Trying to reach customer service for proof of usage its been 2 years being three customer there is no use i got sim replacement but need proof of usage requested but 72 hours waiting time.
If i didn't receive it would be the last month my contract ending 15 feb 2023.service will decide to upgrade or leave Three.
Called multiple times and had a conversation but still waiting. Only sales team people wont delay to sell the contract but service & support making disappoint.
