another one whose phone stopped working on arrival in Europe at the worst possible time. it worked perfectly on a trip to Malta a couple of weeks ago. but isn't working in the Netherlands when we desperately need it (literally in A and E). tech support say it can't be fixed. wondering if anyone has ever had this sorted. we've done all the obvious stuff about data roaming, network settings, restarts etc etc. the last one was network reset which of course ended the chat. needless to say the reset just lost a load of passwords and didn't fix the problem
the same thing happened to me last year in the States and it couldn't be fixed then either.
