Fair usage in Ireland

On the Go Roam page it states that the 12gb fair usage limit doesn't apply when roaming in Ireland.

Is this correct?

Hi @tarantella,

That's right, there's more info in the section called Inadvertent Roaming, in the Go Roam FAQs.

It's quite possible to inadvertently pick up signal across the Irish border, so to keep things simple and fair for everyone, we exempt Ireland from both the 12GB limit, and Daily Roaming charges.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Important There's no charge to unlock your UK call, text, and data allowances when travelling to the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland. There's no fair use limit when using data in the Republic of Ireland.

I can’t find that info. Are you putting in Ireland in the destination and following the prompts? Are you pay as you go or pay monthly. If pay monthly did your plan start before/after 01/10/21?

Says upto 12GB when I check it.
