I am away not in Europe and the roaming suddenly stopped working on the 10 payg the agents made me crazy hours on the phone and still over a week not working

There is a 12gb fair use policy for data roaming so have you reached that?

Have a look at the roaming guide here. Switch the phone off/on. Manually select a different network to roam on.
