How long does it take to upgrade a mast?

Just over a month ago the mast which is closest to my home went offline. According to Three's service status page upgrades were being performed.

Following the first week the status page had reverted back to being no issues, however last week there was an issue being investigated with this week reverting back to no issues.

I had been getting speed of 70Mb up and 40Mb down. But now only getting around 20Mb down and 8Mb up on a good day.

Is there anyway of checking how long the mast will be out of action?

Below is photo of men working at the top of the mast a month ago.

Hey, sorry to pull up an old thread but wondering what your outcome was? I am in same position as you, my 4g speeds have dropped to the 20mbps area, whereas before it was always over 100mbps. Spoken numerous time to 3 on chat and its always turn router on and off or disconnect devices from it. But I am getting same low speeds on my phone.

Not sure if masts have been removed from my area or they are upgrading them but signal has just become so poor where I live now.

Just as likely to be over subscription. All of the mobile companies are doing a great job of flogging home broadband but do not seem to be able to increase capacity at the same rate that they are selling it.

Personally I think Three are not working on any mast and now I am getting so annoyed with them I'm looking to join EE through my brother with a 30% discount
