I can call and receive calls but can no longer send text messages on pay as you go sim. Can you help please?

We never heard back from you, did you manage to find a solution in the meantime since posting?

If you still need help, Pete has asked if you can see allowances or credit on your account, and I'd add can you let us know what error message displays or what happens when you attempt to send a text?
