Poor network service PR4 last couple Weeks

For last couple weeks barely we got signal on our phones. In past wasn’t an issue but now it’s getting ridiculous. 
I’m based in PR4 area. I’m wondering if it’s forever as 3G has been phased out or something will be done to improve 4G coverage on this area.

Just to add to this, I'd recommend to check both the coverage and Network Status tabs on that page.

Let us know if this helps clarify any local issues either with the overall coverage or any known issues with the network status.
