I am facing this issue with a specific overseas bank and limited to just OTP messages, I seem to receive all other transaction related messages and receive OTP messages from other UK Banks. This issue was intermittent when I was at O2 but now is a constant issue at Three. I am extremely frustrated as the Bank in question confirm they have sent the messages and that it is a Network issue. I cant access the account and make necessary payments that are now overdue.
Raised this with Three and they said they would get back to me but seems to have vanished into thin air
