Hi everyone,
Just to confirm, as we still get occasional queries on this topic. Our current Voicemail service is a 15 second delay, and this can't currently be altered. As this can't currently be changed, I'll mark this as the solution to the topic so it's clearly visible on each page of the replies.

I have a similar question, although I want to reduce the number of times the phone rings before the voicemail starts. Steph, can you send me a message about how to do that. Thanks

I have a similar problem I want to change my setting to 5 second delay before divert and have been sent round the houses

Hey a_ukboy. It is possible to edit this setting, and you can choose between a 5, 10 or 15 second delay before your calls are diverted to voicemail. You can only change this setting with our help, so I've sent you a PM with more details on how to do that.

Sorry this is an older topic, at the time this could be changed by customer services. We've moved to a new Voicemail platform which supports some extra features such as missed call alerts, however it's not currently possible to change this from the default ring time of 15 seconds.
