Roaming in US. Have been connected for 2 weeks, now being told that i have reached my data limit. I have a contract with 12gb data and still have 7gb left. Help!

Hi @Biccode, welcome to Three Community. I'm sorry you're having issues with your data allowance while you're travelling. To help us understand what's going on, can you please let us know the following?
When did you take out or upgrade to, your current plan?
How long ago were you last in the UK?
Are you checking how much of your 12GB allowance you have left in My3 or the Three app?
If you could also let us know exactly what that message about reaching your data limit says, we'll do all we can to help clear this up.

I have the same problem. Now in Australia and I have received a message when in Doha saying I reschedule my data limit. Which ISN'T TRUE. I feel Three is scming use. I have only used 23MB out of 12GB during my connection in Doha. Australia is a Go Roam country and now I cannot use internet or even buy a data passport because it says I have reached the limit.
I need to sort out this ASAP.Please help.
