A couple of months ago I transfered my number from ID to Three on a new iPhone 15. Since then I’ve had problems sending normal SMS messages - they just end up saying message sending failed.
weird thing is, the problem is intermittent. For some people sms works fine, for others it fails.
ive tried all the normal Apple suggested stuff to solve it, but its not working. Removing the sim, airplane mode on off, even tried it resetting the phone. Nothing fixes it. iMessage works fine, nothing else does.
Any suggestions?

Hello, AlanP.
I'd recommend going into the Reset menu on your phone, and resetting the network settings. I'd also recommend logging into My3 and checking to make sure your Spend Cap isn't set to £0, as this will stop chargeable SMS.
