Oh no, sorry to hear this. We are aware of a glitch which was causing the spend cap to do this, however, this issue has since been resolved. Are you trying this on your Three app or on a browser? I would suggest clearing your cache (clear the history and data on your internet browser) or re-downloading the app.
Hopefully this resolves the issue, but if not then please do let us know!
