Please remove a spams cap from my phone

 

spend limit keeps setting back to zero

trying to use my phone in Spain. All roaming switched on.

can’t call 333

chat keeps getting cut out before it starts

Hi @JMC 

Oh no, sorry to hear this. We are aware of a glitch which was causing the spend cap to do this, however, this issue has since been resolved. Are you trying this on your Three app or on a browser? I would suggest clearing your cache (clear the history and data on your internet browser) or re-downloading the app.

Hopefully this resolves the issue, but if not then please do let us know!
