Student Saver SIM - "Expired" - part 3

And yet again, my student saver SIM package has "expired" despite having several months left on it.

Why have they got this so completely wrong?

Now see the date reset *again* to Jan 1st 2024. The SIM was activated in June this year, so that should mean it goes up to March 24.

Am I going to lose service overnight on the 1st of every month until the system does it's AM "daily check", because that seems pretty ridiculous.
